Did you know that 60% of our bodies are made up of water? Our kidneys are tasked with the important role of ensuring our bodies have just the right amount of water to work properly. Kidneys also clean and filter wastes from our blood stream.
Our regional program offers a full range of kidney care to more than 1000 families in Durham Region, and Northumberland, Hastings and Victoria counties.

Nephrology Patient and Family Modality Education Event
Join us for the Nephrology Patient and Family Modality Education Event on March 25, 2025 at the Whitby Hospital.
This drop-in event offers an opportunity to explore treatment options for kidney disease, including Home Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, and Kidney Transplant. Speak with healthcare professionals who can provide guidance and support, helping you make informed decisions about your care.

Time: Drop in anytime between 2:00–7:00 p.m.
Location: Whitby Hospital, 300 Gordon St., Teahouse (1st Floor)
