Kidney Connect Coffee Club

Sometimes it helps to talk with someone who understands.

All people living with chronic kidney disease are welcome to come to our meetings, including those who are:

• pre-dialysis
• on dialysis
• transplant recipient or donor
• family member or caregiver

This support group is an opportunity for you to come out to meet and talk with others who have "been there" too.
