We can help you by:

• Working with you to improve your independence and mobility with your prosthesis.
• Supporting you with managing your prosthesis. 
• Helping you resolve pain or phantom pain in your residual limb.

 What to Bring

• Your Health card
• Your prosthesis
• List of your medications
• Your reading glasses and hearing aids
• Comfortable clothing and footwear appropriate for exercising.

Our clinic sees clients by referrals from a doctor when they need fitting with an artificial limb.

Directions for Offsite Location
The clinic is located on the main floor. Limited free parking is available on the west side of the building. Please check in at the Reception Desk in Gym 1 upon entering.
