The Indigenous Navigator can offer support to you if you:
- Identify as having Indigenous ancestry.
- Identify as having First Nation, Metis or Inuit heritage.
- Have Indigenous cultural needs.
The Indigenous Navigator can:
- Help you connect with cultural and translation services
- Help you plan care that is focused on your goals and wishes
- Give you support before, during and after your appointments
- Help you get answers to questions about your care
- Help you and your family access care and services at home
