Ontario Health - Cancer Care Ontario (OH-CCO)
OH-CCO is the government's cancer advisor. It helps by driving improvement in prevention and screening and how cancer care is delivered in Ontario.
On the CCO website, you can find information about:
- how to be screened for cancer,
- how different types of cancers are treated,
- cancer drugs, how they are used and their side effects
Canadian Cancer Society
The Canadian Cancer Society (CCS) offers detailed information about many different types of cancer. You'll also find information about support groups and other services they provide to people living with cancer, as well as tips for healthy living.
Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre
Hearth Place is a support centre where cancer patients and their families and come and talk to one another, find resources and discover new ways to care for themselves and each other.
Canadian Partnership Against Cancer
The Canadian Partnership Against Cancer is funded by the federal government to work with cancer experts, charities, governments, cancer agencies, patients, survivors and others to help control cancer in Canada.
