Board of Trustees

Our Board of Trustees includes 17 elected community members and five ex-officio members, representing doctors, nurses and volunteers. These representatives generously volunteer their time, experience and skills to maintain high-quality care for all Durham families. The Board typically meets monthly (on the third Thursday of each month) to deliberate and vote on issues that are important to the community.

In keeping with our commitment to openness and transparency, you can access all Board agendas and meeting minutes online.
