The Central East Prevention and Cancer Screening Program supports primary care providers with quality improvement work with a focus on improving cancer screening participation as well as patient experience.
Your Regional Cancer Program is looking for partners in primary care to assist in leading preventative health improvements. Do you have an idea to help drive quality improvement? Contact us for in-kind support with project management, resource design, data analysis etc.
