Lakeridge Health is currently inviting applications for Full Time Adult Staff Intensivists to join our Critical Care Department with strong clinical, communication and leadership skills.
Applicants must have a Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine with certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or equivalent training and be eligible for licensure in the Province of Ontario. Ideal candidate would have keen interest in education and quality improvement. Formal training in education or quality improvement would be an asset.
The successful candidate will provide Intensivist attending care in the unit and critical care outreach team, including call coverage, at all three Lakeridge Health Critical Care Units; Oshawa, Ajax-Pickering and Bowmanville sites. The successful candidate will also provide support, education and supervision to medical trainees through our partnerships with Queen’s University & University of Toronto.
